We use Royal Mail/Consignia's first class post for UK deliveries and air mail
for the rest of the world. Estimated delivery times are as follows and are determined
by your local delivery services.
UK 4 - 5 working days
Europe 7 - 10 working days
Rest of World 2 - 3 weeks approximately.
Our despatch department is closed on Saturday from 11.00am and all day Sunday
If the items you have ordered are in stock, we should despatch your order within
one working day of receiving it.
If part of your order is not in stock we will email you with all the details
and notify you on your invoice. Generally out of stock items add a delay of
7-10 days to an order. If you have several items on order those in stock will
be shipped to you immediately and the rest of your order will be sent out as
soon as it arrives in our warehouse.
Occasionally suppliers notify us of changes in availability or price after an
order has been placed with them. If this is the case there may be a delay in
your order and we will notify you of the situation immediately. If a product
is no longer available it will be cancelled from your order and you will be
refunded the product amount and your postage cost will also change to reflect
the unavailable item. Again we will email you to let you know this has happened.
